Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a natural healing therapy that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body. This practice is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and aims to balance the body's energy, or "qi" (pronounced "chee").
How It Works:
Promotes Healing: By stimulating specific points, acupuncture helps to relieve pain, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Boosts Health: It can support various health issues, including headaches, anxiety, insomnia, and digestive problems.
Relaxation: Many people find acupuncture sessions deeply relaxing, making it an excellent way to unwind and restore balance.
What to Expect:
During your session, you’ll lie comfortably as I insert the needles, which are hair-thin and mostly painless. Treatments typically last about 30-60 minutes, and most clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterward.
